How to Use

For external use only. It is used on skin and inhalation. It is concentrated and effective, only a tiny small amount is needed.


1. If you have never used essential oils before, it is a good idea to do a simple test in the crook of your elbow to see if you have allergic reactions before applying to other parts of the body.

2. Roll the massage oil over the skin, muscles or joints. Gently massage the area with the metal roller where it is needed. You can apply it to the forehead, temples, shoulders, arms, hands, knees, back, abdomen, legs or feet. Avoid eye area and mouth.

3. Another great way to use the massage oil is to sniff (inhale) it for a few seconds to relax your mind, uplift mood and boost concentration.

Warnings
NOT to be used by epileptics. Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Children under 6 are not recommended.
